• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• One person or entity may maintain only one account

Content Quality

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• No Consequential Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Limited Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• No Business Loss: We are not responsible for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for your use of generated content and any consequences thereof

Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to the service until the subscription expires
• Account deletion removes all your data permanently

Termination by Us

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India
• Language: The English version of these Terms takes precedence over any translations
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect
